We have been coming to Usedom regularly since 2001. At some point holidays were no longer enough – since then we have owned an apartment here, named after our daughter Nele.
Why Zempin of all places
We have explored the island fairly thoroughly over the years. Zempin is where we stayed – because several things come together here that elsewhere only occur one at a time: a quiet, wide beach without the crowds, the Achterwasser lagoon on the other side, short distances on foot, and Koserow or Zinnowitz only minutes away.
We care about the kind of holiday where there is something for everyone in the family, in every season. That is exactly how we furnished the apartment: with what you actually need day to day, in a quality that still feels good after two weeks.

A beautifully furnished apartment in a quiet location. Everything you need is there. Great position, with short walks to both the Achterwasser lagoon and the beach. We have stayed several times now and always feel very much at home.
We felt at home from the very first moment. The apartment is lovely and very comfortably furnished, nothing is missing. We also loved the location, because Zempin is a smaller resort and far less busy than Zinnowitz or Heringsdorf.
Everything you need is provided – from A for washing-up things to W for clothes airer.
